Quality and Accreditation Committee

THE COMMITTEE’S RESPONSIBILITIES
 
1. To ensure the evaluation of academic and administrative services, the enhancement of quality, and the management of the accreditation process in line with the Faculty’s strategic plan and objectives.
 
2. To ensure the preparation of the Faculty Quality Manual, the Unit Internal Evaluation Report (BİDR) and the Self-Evaluation Report.
 
3. To make the necessary preparations for the certification and subsequent evaluation activities to be carried out by the Theology Accreditation Agency (IAA) regarding the quality assurance system within the unit; and to provide all necessary support for the quality process.
 
4. To communicate the decisions of the Fırat University Quality Coordination Office to the relevant departments, programmes and sub-units within the unit; to contribute to their implementation and to monitor the results.
 
5. To publish on the faculty’s website, for public access, the membership of the Quality and Accreditation Commission and its sub-committees, along with documents and reports detailing their duties and activities;
 
6. To submit an annual internal evaluation report on its activities to the Quality Coordination Office on a regular basis each year.
 
7. To carry out work in areas requiring improvement and corrective action in accordance with internal and external evaluation reports.
