Our Quality Assurance System Policy
Fırat University Faculty of Theology adopts a “quality-focused” management system in all its activities related to education, research, social contribution, and management. In this context, it has a quality approach that is respectful of people and nature, committed to ethical values, fair, tolerant, democratic, participatory, transparent, accountable, and emphasizes scientific thinking, and is efficient, effective, and performance-based in terms of education and training, research and development, entrepreneurship, and contributing to society.
The quality policy, established based on a quality-focused management system, aims to make quality a culture within the institution, support project planning in education, research and development, entrepreneurship, and social contribution, ensure the national and international recognition of the Faculty of Theology, and effectively monitor the outputs related to each of these areas (Evidence 3).
